I am Tracy Kaeslin, founder of TK Leadership Consulting, with more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience and 20 years as an Air Force Nurse Corps officer. My career spans bedside nursing, executive roles, and mentoring of nurse managers and directors. Mentors shaped my development, and I now pay that forward by helping healthcare executives, chief nursing officers, and emerging leaders lead well.
